Day Surgeries
You can book one of our specialist career consultants to be on hand at your offices (or a convenient venue) to provide a timetabled 1-2-1 support facility for each individual affected by change. These day surgeries allow individuals to confidentially discuss their own specific job search issues.
- A timetable is made available for individuals to book themselves in for support. 6 x 1hr sessions are made available per day.
- Contact details of the consultant are provided so that people can get immediate help on any burning issues they have and can organise any preparatory work that may be needed to get the best out of the sessions.
- You can decide how many sessions you are going to provide by either allocating a number of sessions per person or providing a number of surgery days and allowing people to book sessions according to their needs.
The advantage of this approach is that people can focus on their own needs. The arrangement is highly flexible and it is a fast, cost effective way of supporting people.
Our day surgeries are popular as a stand-alone option and as an add-on to job search workshops. For larger groups, day surgeries can form part of our on-site careers centre.
