Will Sambrook, CEO of The Akenham Partnership has recently been accredited as an Insights Discovery Practitioner.

The Insights Discovery framework is based on Jungian psychology and uses a broad range of psychometric models to help people communicate more effectively, understand themselves and others, and tackle the most pressing of business challenges.

Will attended a 4-day intensive programme focusing on Insights Discovery theory, facilitation and coaching using Insights Discovery and application of Insights Discovery in an organisational environment.
